Finally finally my beautiful stone benchtop is in - all 5.5m of it - here are a few shots taken today. We will be able to have some great parties around this bench.
Lisbeth Dahl
Wow! is what I thought when I discovered Lisbeth Dahl's website. The catalog is filled with pretty, shiny, shimmery objects for all areas of your home. I am in love with the vast range of pretty cake plates and stands which I will explore in more detail next time.
From the website:
Throughout the years, our collections have grown in size, coinciding with the growing market demand for Lisbeth Dahl products. Every single product is designed and developed by our design team in Denmark, every detail is scrutinised from start to finish. We take a solemn but yet creative approach to colour, shape and quality, and no product is signed off before everyone is truly satisfied.
She also does a range of sparkling accessories, frou frou umbrellas and delicate jewellery.
~ 50mm of happiness ~
I have just made an exciting purchase in an attempt to get better with my portrait photography. Here she is the Canon 50mm f1.8 lens - hope to take some lovely photos in the coming days to share with you.
Tea Party Playmat - could this be any more adorable?
Images via www.ohdeedoh.com
Over the last couple of days, I've seen links to this adorable handmade playmat on more than one site. And for good reason. Babies love tactile surfaces, and I just know Fern would love a playmat like this. Oh, the imaginary tea parties we could have! The playmat comes from Sweetfancy and was made as a gift for a little three year old girl. I love the detailing; the biscuits are even stuck on with velcro so they can be lifted off the plate. Where do I order??
