Made it love...

Well my mail man has certainly been busy - I got some lovely packages this week. Firstly this sweet little charm bracelet for Louise from ChallenCharms. Which of course she loves, loves, loves! You can check out Rachael's lovely handmade items here at her made it shop and you can also read her blog as well. Shes participating in Blogtoberfest where you have to blog once a day during October and has been quite interesting reading :) Another handmade piece I bought last week were these earrings for... ME - They are pretty, aren't they? I've had my eye on them for a while - it was a choice between these and these lovely little blue owl ones - perhaps next time. You can see Gillian's beautiful items here at her made it shop and read all about them in her blog here.

I also wanted to mention that Bec at little wise owl is having a competition - join and comment on her Blog to go in the running to win something special. I've had my eye on this bag but I think its time to wait until closer to xmas for more purchases.

I also got these owls and dinosaurs which I have turned into hairclips and brooches. Look out for them in my Made it store soon I have finally got my act together and made a Facebook page for LLFF - if you haven't already joined you can check it out here. Well the mail man just bounded down the door with another extra special package (thank god Lou didn't wake) He must be sick of dropping them off here :) Its so pretty but I want to get a decent photo so I will show you later in the week.

Decorative Country Living

Bunting made from vintage fabric
Vintage blanket bag
Vintage glass salt & pepper pots
Vintage glass cake stands
Vintage mirror
Vintage enamel jug
I have been searching the internet recently for some new additions to my home and came across Decorative Country Living. I love their pretty vintage finds, especially the large mirror.

From the website:
Decorative Country Living is based in a converted 19th Century chapel in the picturesque village of Caythorpe, in Lincolnshire. We sell a harmonious mix of antique, vintage and new items for the home and garden, displayed in a way that is both inviting and inspirational.

~ Pizza Anyone ~

Home made pizza is the latest thing in our house - we seem to have it every week as the kids love to make their own and it seems to make them eat it when they have had a hand in making it. For a quick meal we go with the pita bread version but sometimes we even make our own dough which makes them extra yummy!

The yummy photos below are courtesy of Donna Hay Magazine which arrived on the doorstep today (with a bonus free tea towel!). The cover is of one delicious looking pizza - sounds like everyone has caught the pizza bug!

Tree Wall Decals

I first came across wall stickers when I was searching for ideas for Fern's nursery. I loved this one from Kido Store as below, but at $490 it was a little out of my budget. I ended up instead painting a tree mural on the wall, from an idea I 'borrowed' from Real Living magazine.

Fern's tree

I came across some gorgeous wall stickers today, that aren't actually stickers at all. Made from material, these beauties are removable and reusable, rendering them an essential for any future nursery I have the fortune of designing! Available from Lovemae, these decals are not only lovely, but reasonably priced as well. I adore the 'build a tree' decal below:

Build a tree decal $119.95 from Lovemae

The matching 'critters' are of course an essential add-on:

Forest critters $79.95 from Lovemae

I wonder, would the whole thing look out of place in my living room?
