we have a little member of our family starting school this year

it's not something I am ready for yet

although she is

& is always asking me

'when can I start school Mummy?'

my heart breaks just thinking about her

leaving my side

to start daily adventures without

me by her side

so between now & then

I thought it would be fun to

plan extra special daily adventures

so we can soak up

the next few weeks of

togetherness

tomorrow we will be baking choc chip biscuits

then taking them to a favourite place

for a morning tea picnic

with a thermos of tea & little china cups

packing up the decorations

Buying 'special' Christmas decorations during the January sales is a bit of a family tradition. These little guys were on sale for $7.00. Bargain!

Shameful plug time.

Doe Tags

Doe Tags

You will need:
Winter Woodland doe tags printed out on heavy paper

Equipment
Small circle
Cutter
Paper punch - Accents 'Snowflakes'

Instructions

Open doe print template (see image below) and print it out.
Cut around doe tag (I use the Shape Mates small circle and cutter to cut out my circles).
Punch out one of the small snowflake icons on the template to allow threading.
Thread with desired ribbon, thread, yarn etc.
