Go Fabulously Green....

I have blogged about Carli's nappies before but felt it was time for Minilala's own post. Selfishly, at first it was her choice in fabrics that made me want her devine nappies for Louise. I mean go look at them - they are just gorgeous!

But really, having a 2 and half year old that is still in nappies {and is not remotely interested in sitting on anything that looks like a toilet} has made me feel rather guilty at the amount of disposables we have probably gone through. I purchased one of her one size fits most cloth nappies late last year and can't believe I hadn't done it sooner. Its been perfect for the hotter weather - as it is just so lovely - I'm happy to show it off {no cartoon Austalian animals in sight on these ones - not that I'm bagging Aldi at all - definitely converted there} and it just feels good knowing that at the end of the day, I have a lot less nappies to pile into the bin. These nappies go from Newborn to toddies with ease and wash up perfectly.

Next time round I will be doing cloth nappies a lot more and as Minilala now do gift certificates - this is where I will pointing my family to for sure.

If you go now she has just put up some lovely limited edition prints
- that will probably be all sold out by the time I post this...

Following on from Friday's post, Easter trees, I thought I'd share some of the lovely hanging eggs you can buy to decorate your tree with.

Last year I hung felt birds on my Easter tree. This year my tree will be made from cherry blossom and pussy willow branches. I have a set of plastic eggs from last year that I want to hang from the tree, but I'm still contemplating how to decorate them! Tomorrow I will share some of the ideas I have found on decorating the eggs.

Plastic eggs for decorating!

Have a sweet day!

Market Wrap!

What a lovely day!

Mordialloc went all out for the food and wine festival today

and the crowds came in their 1000's.
There was music, food, plenty to drink and even an upside-down stilt balancing gymnast.

The Main Street Market was packed and we were kept busy for most of the day.
I was lucky to be placed beside two lovely, lovely stalls again.
This time it was Lis from Ernie & Bird who makes lots of very pretty baby things, wheat bags, lovely birdy mobiles and these gorgeous newborn packs -

On my other side was Jeanne from Mini Vintage who had these very cool screen printed tot tees and my favourite Rockabye Baby! CD's !

Here are their Facebook pages -

Why not go and show you love for handmade!

Thank you, Thank you {again} to my wonderful friends who came down to see me and to Mum and Barb for letting me go off for a lunch break and a peek at the lovely stalls!

A special mention to another fellow Madeit seller - Oh deer! - It was so nice so see your lovely, lovely jewellery in person. I have my eye on this one...
