baby verses the blog...

...and Josie is winning! I'd forgotten just how time-consuming the merry mix of feeding, nappy changing, pacifying, bathing...and more nappy changing is. Not to mention all those extra cuddles :) Throw in the odd family crisis and you lose days, weeks in the blogosphere without really trying. I know the past few weeks have been tough for friends with little ones starting preschool and 'big' school. I hope they're all settling in OK and I hope to visit a few more blogs soon.

Anyway, before I go and scoop this lil' 3-month-old up out of her cot, I wanted to share a few links that make me smile:
Hope you're smiling too!

Tools and Materials

Pretty pen pots, How-to step by step
Making pretty pots
Wash and dry the empty tin can. Cut a piece of printed card the size of your tin can (you can use the old can label as a template). Cover the outside of the can in strips of double sided sticky tape. Remove backing from double sided tape and carefully wrap paper around can. Fill with paint brushes, pencils or pens!
