I have had this recipe bookmarked for Christmas day since my husband pointed it out (while he was flicking through Home Beautiful Dec 2010 mag!) & since it looks so easy I thought it would be perfect for dessert after everyone has filled their tummies with other delights.

I'm off to finish putting it together while my girls dance around the kitchen bench singing their hearts out to Christmas tunes!
