I recently discovered the beautiful work of British artist
Abigail Brown and immediately fell in love. I absolutely adore the creatures she hand makes from scraps of fabric, both new and old.
Granddaughter of an incredibly talented seamstress, Abigail was handed a small bag of wonderful colourful scraps of fabrics by her grandmother when she was a child and her love of working with fabrics was born. Her work is inspired by her fascination with animals and each piece is hand stitched exquisitely with great attention to detail.
Her work has appeared in countless magazines and has been sold in Liberty's of London, Takashimaya in New York and Bensimon in Paris.

portfolio.
Happy Friday, sweets!
